Vents, Louvres, Weather Louvres, External Vents – call them what you will! We make them!

We offer a variety of external weather louvre (these can also be used internally) which are made on site in our Dudley factory.  This allows us a great deal of flexibility to respond to you and your exact requirements.  Whether you require a standard grille or a more bespoke size - we can help!

As standard, we provide:

• 25mm frame and
• An internal bird mesh / debris screen

By manufacturing on site, we can provide aluminium louvres in various standard or bespoke sizes, in raw aluminium form or powder coated.

• 300mm x 300mm
• 400mm x 400mm
• 500mm x 500mm
• 600mm x 600mm
• 700mm x 700mm
• 800mm x 800mm
• 900mm x 900mm
• 1000mm x 1000mm

All of our external weather louvres provide good resistance to rain ingress in normal conditions with minimal obstruction to airflow. The single bank of blades are set at a 45° angle and can also be fitted with an insect mesh if required. External vents are exposed to the elements and therefore, by using extruded aluminium sections, corrosion resistance is assured.

We carry a small amount of standard stock to ensure that our prices are kept competitive and meet any urgent delivery requirements.
